When the order of an assignment arrives, we add a project manager responsible for the project implementation and customer contacts in accordance with well-developed procedures to the assignment.
- One or more written descriptions of the tests, experiments and analyses the project requires is developed.
- A detailed time and staffing plan is established.
- We check that all methods, templates, tools and equipment are available.
- In cases where the project requires method development or documents adjustment these activites begin immediately.
- From time to time a project requires that we construct equipment of various kinds. We cooperate with an instrument workshop that quickly and efficiently produces equipment, measurement systems, incubations systems and sampling equipment that match the project's needs.
After completing the planning and methodology adaptation we begin the project according to the agreed time and staffing plan.
