Disinfectant tests

Chemical and physical methods are widely used in society to inactivate disease-causing microorganisms. We set up and perform tests of disinfection methods ansd disinfectants according to current standards.

The purpose of disinfection is to disable microorganisms, primarily those that are pathogenic. The term inactivation encompasses all changes that cause the microorganisms to lose their ability to cause ill health. We perform quantitative tests to evaluate the biocidal activity of a product. These tests are performed under practical conditions of use, usually in the presence of organic loading. In addition to the standards that we can perform today according to the list below, there is another long series of standards that govern how disinfectants should be tested depending on the area of use and of what is to be disinfected. Upon request, we can perform many of these as well.
