Micans in Brussels on kick-off meeting for MIND

Andreas Bengtsson and Karsten Pedersen represented Micans on the kick-off meeting for the new EU Horizon2020 program MIND under EUROATOM about the importance of microorganisms in geological, underground disposal of radioactive wastes.

The meeting lasted for two days with representatives from all participating partners and the representative from EUROATOM. Among many things the delegates discussed the start-up of the first year research activities. Read more about MIND here.
