Micans taught in Östhammar Municipality

Östhammar Municipality hosted the event where everything from bacteria in fractures of deep bedrock to bacteria in the clays buffer materials and hydrogen from copper were discussed. During a short coffee break the audience was given an opportunity to ask questions that Karsten Pedersen who thereafter responded to them from the podium. Everyone went home with a book on strolling in the microbial world and with considerably more knowledge about bacteria than they had when they arrived.

The lecture was held in the beautiful hall of the Furuhöjd-Church. This church is located in Alunda.
